Security update rolled out to all activeTRACK customers
We have rolled out an update to activeTRACK containing a series of security improvements.
However, as part of this process, we require all customers to reset their login passwords.
In order to complete this process, your details with us must be up to date.
All is explained once you log into the system – simply log in as you usually would, and follow the simple 3-step Password Reset Procedure:
Checking your details
Step one involves you verifying your email address we hold for your login. This can’t be updated through the website, so if this is wrong (or we don’t have one for you), please give us a call, and we’ll get this set up for you.
Getting your authentication code
Simply click the button provided to email yourself your authentication code. This authentication code is needed to reset your password – and will be sent to the email address you provided to us in Step 1.
Change your Password
Once you’ve got your authentication code, you’re good to go. However, we’ve established a couple of rules when it comes to the format of your password to help protect your activeTRACK account further.
Your password cannot be the same as it was before.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
Your password must contain at least 2 numbers.
It is recommended that you choose a password that doesn’t resemble your previous password in any way.
Once this quick process has been completed, that’s it; you can get back to tracking.
