is a hub between the three main parties of asset and facilities
management, The Asset/Facilities/Project Management company,
the Contractors and the Client. All three parties use activeASSET
to manage the assets and facilities. activeASSET automates
as many of the processes involved in asset and facilities
management as possible reducing the human input time and reducing
the risk of human error. |
| Maintenance
- Reactive and Planned Preventative |
| activeASSET
facilitates both reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
When reactive maintenance is required the client simply selects
which asset requires maintenance by pressing a hand held data
terminal onto the asset. The activeASSET system then notifies
the correct contractor to provide maintenance under the conditions
applied to a particular asset. activeASSET offers a flexible
planned preventative maintenance system that takes into account
an assets warranty. Using activeASSET for planned preventative
maintenance allows for the most efficient scheduling of maintenance.
A calendar view shows what maintenance is planned. |
| Automatic
Engineer Call-out |
| When an asset
requires maintenance the contractor is automatically notified
through activeASSET. The contractor confirms the work to be
carried out and then completes the job. Throughout the process
the application updates all parties. |
| Live Reporting
|
| For all parties
involved activeASSET provides Live Reporting of events occurring
at that time. Live events will cover areas such as current
jobs, new assets added, contractors requested, contractor
tracking and performance management. The live reporting gives
an overall picture of what is happening at any one time, leaving
you time to do other work or react to situations far more
quickly. The live reports can be filtered on any of the criteria
allowing you to concentrate on particular areas of interest. |
| Retrospective
Reporting |
| For total flexibility
activeASSET provides templates for the most common reports
and a report generator to create your own reports using any
criteria. You can save your own reports as a template for
use in the future. Such one-click reporting makes future report
creation quick and easy. |
| Reports
in Adobe Reader Format |
| When a report
is created in the activeASSET application you can convert
the report into Adobe Reader (formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader)
format. This provides even greater benefits and flexibility
and allows for easy sharing and reproducing of reports. Adobe
Reader files are not platform specific, as long as you have
installed the FREE Adobe Reader program you will be able to
view the reports. |
