| Real-Time Tracking |
| activeBUS monitors vehicles
in real time and reports data to the application in real-
time. This allows for immediate action to any issues that
arise and need attention.
Through the online application vehicles can be viewed on
a detailed road map. Multiple vehicles can be tracked and
viewed in real-time. Vehicles are tagged on the map providing
easy identification.

| Routes & Scheduling |
| Limitless routes can be set
up and assigned to any vehicle and driver. Once a route is
created it can be scheduled on a date and time basis. This
provides the flexibility to use any vehicle or driver on a
particular route at any time. This helps to create the most
efficient schedule for a vehicle or driver over any period
of time. |
| Live Reporting |
| When routes
have been scheduled activeBUS will constantly monitor the
performance of the vehicle over the route. Whether the vehicle
deviates from the schedule or not the live reporting will
keep you up to date as events happen. Full filtering is available
on all the available type of events, for example reached destination
late, missed a stop, speeding, reached destination on time.
Live reports will update itself over a range of time intervals
selected by the user. This allows the transport manager to
view events as they happen on an entire fleet from the safety
of his or her desk. |
| Retrospective
Reporting |
| For total flexibility
activeBUS provides templates for the most common reports and
a report generator to create your own reports using any criteria.
You can save your own reports as a template for use in the
future. Such one-click reporting makes future report creation
quick and easy. |
| Adobe Reader Reports |
| When a report is created
in the activeBUS application you can convert the report into
Adobe Reader (formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader) format. This
provides even greater benefits and flexibility and allows
for easy sharing and reproducing of reports. Adobe Reader
files are not platform specific, as long as you have installed
the FREE Adobe Reader program you will be able to view the
reports. |
