to clock in/out via a GPS handheld device. As well as returning
data on which individual and the time of the clock in/out
event, the location is also returned. |

| Work schedules can be set
up, allowing the activeWORKER system to report on any exception
to the schedule as they occur. Exceptions can be simply logged
for retrospective analysis or live alerts can be sent out
via SMS text or e-mail, allowing instant reaction to staffing
issues regardless of relative location. |

application provides a number of detailed reports covering
all aspects of human resource management such as:
Attendance sheets including location as well as clock in/out
times
Absentee/lateness reports
Historical performance reports for individuals
For total flexibility activeWORKER also provides a report
generator allowing you to dictate the criteria from which
to create your own reports. You can save these reports as
templates for future use if so desired. |
| Contractors |
The functionality
of activeWORKER can be harnessed to manage regular contractors’
attendance. They can be added to the system and recorded in
exactly the same manner as a member of staff, allowing the
recorded attendance time to be used as confirmation of agreed
attendance schedules or labour invoices.

| Adobe Reader Reports |
| When a report is created
in the activeWORKER application you can convert the report
into Adobe Reader (formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader) format.
This provides even greater benefits and flexibility and allows
for easy sharing and reproducing of reports. Adobe Reader
files are not platform specific, as long as you have installed
the FREE Adobe Reader program you will be able to view the
reports. |
